Jobachem-group celebrates 30th company anniversary
From a one-man operation to a corporate group with more than 50 employees and branches in the USA, China and Hongkong – Jobachem can be proud of its past and look ahead with confidence. Here “the chemistry is right”.
Jobachem GmbH was founded by Dr. Jens-Uwe Kahl on 24th February 1992 with its headquarters in the beautiful city of Dassel at the edge of the region Solling. Jobachem started as a classical chemical trading company but the company then made the transformation to a chemical industry’s long work bench as worldwide service provider and distributor. With over 8,500 square meters of warehouse space for hazardous materials, its own vehicle and tank container fleet as well as various mixing equipment the company grew steadily, developed further and is always a step ahead. 30 years in business not only show stability but also adaptability to market requirements as well as technological and economical persuasiveness.
This anniversary is celebrated under the current change towards a more sustainable society which Jobachem actively co-creates. Our products, for example, can be found in laundry detergents, flavors/ scents, crèmes, disinfectants, flooring material, products of the plastic and adhesive industry such as toilet paper roll husks and rubber ducks, and even in COVID-19 vaccines. Once again it is time to re-invent oneself. Continuing his father’s vision managing director Julian Kahl says: “The development of bio-based products, decreasing our CO2 footprint and resource optimization set the course for our future. Reliability and flexibility but also safety, health and environmental sustainability are still our principals.”
Other than to our adaptability we certainly owe our success to the close collaboration with our customers and partners who appreciate us as a reliable company, as well as the dedication of our highly motivated staff that actively shapes its future with us.
